The role
The Growth Analyst role focuses on growth projects and initiatives, along with designing and maintaining best practice analytical processes for the Growth area in the group. This includes building and maintaining processes related to sales and billings data, lead queue management, pipeline discipline, data quality control, current commercial reports, onboarding and training to the business units, and SOP responsibility in relevant areas. The role will be involved with ongoing executive leadership reporting.
Key accountabilities
Responsibilities:
- Leverage growth analytics to support growth business cases and solve analytical problems.
- Manage technical user aspects of CRM / data BI tools such as Salesforce, Tableau etc.
- Coach growth management in sales and pipeline discipline.
- Act as an insight advisor in Group CRM/Client data and market data prospecting tools.
- Advise effective usage of Salesforce and SuperOffice in collaboration with Head of Growth Operations.
- Support in developing reporting, presentations, and analytics for Growth management
- Support Group management with growth-related tasks.
- Represent the Growth team in relevant stakeholder groups.
- Sales/client insight - ability to leverage growth analytics to support growth business cases and GTM needs. Use insight to solve analytical problems and be subject advisor on dashboards and KPIs.
- Sales applications superuser - ability to manage all technical data aspects of the tools in the group including but not limited to: MarketIQ, Vainu, Tableau system and dashboards, SuperOffice, Salesforce and other relevant tools.
Skills & experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in quantitative fields such as data science, finance, economics etc.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Experience/expertise within CRM and Data BI tools (Salesforce, Tableau or similar).
- Highly proficient in MS Excel - advanced formulas, Macros.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Professional / Business Fluency in English.
