About the job


We are looking for a driven and analytical Growth Manager to lead all marketing and growth initiatives that generate high-quality inbound leads and strengthen our digital presence. You will design, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies that attract couples, corporate clients, and private event organizers who want to create unforgettable celebrations. This is a hands-on performance marketing role with clear growth potential. You will own all aspects of digital acquisition, from campaign strategy and execution to funnel analysis and optimization, with a focus on maximizing ROI and efficiency. As the company expands, this position will evolve into Head of Growth, offering the opportunity to build and lead a broader growth team.

About the role


The Growth Manager will take full ownership of the company’s inbound growth engine. You will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads, with a strong focus on wedding and private events, while also supporting the corporate segment.

Your role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will manage paid and organic channels, oversee website optimization, and continuously test new approaches to improve performance and lower acquisition costs. Working closely with the General Manager and the commercial team, you will align marketing performance with business objectives, ensuring that every campaign contributes directly to measurable results.


Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Inbound Growth Ownership: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that generate consistent, high-quality inbound leads across all event segments.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Plan and manage campaigns across key channels including search, social media, email, SEO, paid ads, and partnerships, ensuring optimal ROI and conversion rates.
  • Performance Tracking: Set up, monitor, and analyze key marketing metrics such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, and channel ROI to guide decision-making.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign targeting to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Website and Funnel Management: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the website, lead capture forms, and user journey to improve conversion rates.
  • Content Coordination: Oversee the creation of digital content (ads, visuals, copy) that aligns with brand tone and drives performance across channels.
  • Brand Visibility and Awareness: Support initiatives that enhance brand awareness, reach, and engagement through both paid and organic channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and BDM teams to ensure lead quality and alignment between marketing performance and sales outcomes.
  • Budget and ROI Management: Own digital marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-performing channels based on measurable returns.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain transparent reporting on campaign performance through dashboards and regular reports for the General Manager.
  • Ownership of Success Metrics: Take full accountability for achieving growth KPIs, including lead generation targets, cost efficiency, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).


About you


  • You have 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth, with proven hands-on experience in campaign management and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics tools, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns for inbound lead generation.
  • Data-driven mindset with deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to both detail and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, experimentation, and professional growth.
  • Fluent in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
  • Ambitious and motivated to evolve into a future Head of Growth role as the company scales.
