We build products that people can understand and purchase in minutes — no brokers, no paperwork, no nonsense. This role exists because we're ready to build a growth function that operates like the best in-house agency in the market.

About the role

This isn't a "manage the agency" job. You'll be in the platforms every day, pulling levers, testing creative, reading signals, and pushing performance forward. You'll report directly to the Marketing Director and have the mandate to build the internal growth function from the ground up.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Running live campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads - hands-on, daily, no middleman;
• Briefing internal designers on banner creative and iterating based on performance data;
• Collaborating with the internal marketing specialist on ad copy and messaging angles;
• Partnering daily with Product & Engineering — co-owning the experimentation backlog, shaping onboarding and funnel improvements, and treating tracking, events, and attribution as first-class product infrastructure
• Owning budget allocation decisions across channels and adjusting spend in real time based on CAC, ROAS, and conversion data;
• Designing and executing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnel stages;
• Building internal playbooks and processes as the growth team scales around you.

What you’ll own

• The ads budget - you decide where it goes, you defend it with data, you scale it with results;
• Creative direction - briefing internal designers and shaping what goes live, based on what the data tells you;
• Tracking infrastructure - partnering with our IT team to make sure every click, conversion, and funnel event is measured correctly;
• Copy strategy - directing the marketing specialist on messaging, not waiting for briefs to land on your desk;
• Performance reporting - CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion; you own the numbers and the narrative.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (in-house or agency, but you must have been the one in the platforms);
• Proven daily operator-level fluency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads;
• Comfort with SQL / querying a data warehouse, familiarity with event tracking and CDP/GTM (ideally server-side), and experience with experimentation / feature-flag tooling;
• Strong command of GA4 - you can build reports, read the data, and extract insights that actually change what you do next;
• comfort with AI copilots (we use Claude/Cowork internally);
• Comfort with BI/analytics tools (e.g. Amazon QuickSight) — reading and interpreting dashboards;
• Direct budget ownership experience - you've managed significant ad spend and made allocation decisions yourself;
• Strong analytical instincts - you can read a dashboard, spot what's wrong, and act before EOD;
• Experience building or contributing to growth functions, not just executing briefs;
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where you write your own playbook.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated digital-first industries;
• Familiarity with Romanian and broader CEE market consumer behavior;
• Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO) and attribution platforms;
• Working knowledge of SEO and organic acquisition as a complement to paid.
