About The Role
10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable growth marketing managers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered marketing systems.
What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to growth marketing strategy, campaign execution, performance measurement, and practical aspects of the growth marketing process
• Evaluate AI responses for marketing accuracy, strategic soundness, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic growth marketing scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. growth marketer, client, marketing leader, or business stakeholder)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated marketing content
  

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic growth marketing reasoning, current strategies, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional growth marketing work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about growth marketing processes at scale.
Who You Are

• A senior-level growth marketing manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing growth marketing strategies, campaigns, and measurement frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating marketing content for accuracy, business relevance, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
