Role Description
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with strong strategic thinking and hands-on operational capabilities, who will drive the accelerated development of Laboratorul de Șosete’s sales channels across e-commerce and distribution.
You will be responsible for designing and executing growth plans, optimizing the performance of both digital and traditional channels, launching profitable products, and identifying new commercial opportunities — from strategy to execution — in close alignment and collaboration with the direct coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy & Growth: Define and execute development plans for the company’s online store, marketplace presence, and other digital channels, in line with the overall strategic direction.
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Analyze website performance, improve user experience (UX/UI), and increase conversion rates through continuous testing and refinement.
- Performance Marketing: Coordinate Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads campaigns; manage budgets and optimize ROI.
- Brand & Content: Develop the brand communication direction and oversee creative campaigns, social media activity, and e-mail marketing, collaborating with in-house teams and freelancers.
- Commercial Development: Identify and validate new sales channels (marketplaces, modern retail, B2B), launch new products with clear USPs and strategic positioning.
- Analysis & Reporting: Interpret performance data, assess product- and channel-level profitability, and propose optimization actions.
- Product Launches: Manage the full process — from concept, pricing, and positioning to promotional campaigns and scaling.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and support teams, influencing strategic decisions related to stock, listings, and pricing.
This role combines strategic leadership with direct execution of digital campaigns and optimizations, ensuring continuous alignment with the founder’s vision.
For PR, CSR, and product launches, you will collaborate with specialized freelancers and agencies, with the autonomy to select and manage the appropriate partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce management.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and Email Automation.
- Strategic mindset, data-driven approach, strong results orientation, and ability to execute quickly.
- Experience coordinating mixed teams (in-house + freelancers).
- Strong balance of analytical and creative skills — able to interpret data while shaping compelling brand narratives.
- Design/content skills are a strong plus.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
