We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to work on the E-Drive (motor & drive) design and development.

The role will be primarily focused on but not limited to circuit design for motor control applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Desing and develop electronic circuits and systems for motor control applications.
• Undertake design feasibility studies and investigations, identifying and evaluating possible optimization/implementations for the customer requirements.
• Simulate electronic circuits and models to predict the behavior of the motor control system under different conditions.
• Conduct thorough testing of the motor control systems to ensure they meet all functional requirements, performance criteria, and safety standards.
• Create detailed documentation for the hardware design, including design specifications, test results, and user manuals.
• Ensure that the motor control electronics comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (such as EMC and safety standards)

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Applied Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• + 5 years’ experience in electronic circuit development
• Strong grasp on ADC/DAC converters, OPAMPs, H Bridge, Power Electronics
• Strong grasp on Brushless DC Motors / Permanent magnet DC motor
• EMC/EMI experience

Multidisciplinary competence (good to have):

• Inverters and converters (DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-AC)
• Motor and sensor driving circuits
• Power Factor Correction
