What you will do:

• Working closely with Research & Development and Product Management on product design and requirements;
• Working closely with other QA and R&D engineers;
• Design and Development is done in accordance with industry specific design, quality and development standards (Requirements, Design Rules, Design reviews and Documentation);
• Responsible for schematics design and review, layout design and review, debugging and testing of board or add-on card products;
• Modify and enhance existing designs to improve the quality of actual projects;
• Collaborate with layout engineers, validation engineers, software engineers, firmware engineers, FPGA engineers, product engineers and other teams to discover and resolve any engineering issues in early stage to ensure and enhance the quality and performance of the products;
• Prepare technical documentation including product specifications, schematic and layout instructions, BOM etc.
• Write clear and precise design, validation and test procedures documentation;
• Ensure products conform to requirements, engineering specification, regulatory, and customer expectations;
• Transfer products to manufacturing with clear documentation, and provide technical support to solve product problems;
• Validate Analog and Digital circuits using oscilloscopes, logic analyzer, network analyzer, multimeter etc.
