About The Job
We are looking for a motivated and curious HCP Marketing Trainee to join our team and support marketing activities targeted at healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a pharma environment, contribute to impactful communication initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the CEE region. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student passionate about marketing, analytics, and content creation, looking to develop professionally in a dynamic, international company.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Support the delivery and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at HCPs (doctors and pharmacists).
  
• Assist in developing thought-leadership value and collaborate with external agencies to produce high-quality content.
  
• Track and maintain the activity schedule for HCP engagement initiatives.
  
• Gather insights and inspiration, and present findings during departmental meetings.
  
• Translate marketing materials into the local language (Romanian).
  
• Maintain and organize departmental records and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with the B&I Hub, including brand managers and shopper managers across the CEE region.
  
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth day-to-day departmental operations.
  
• Actively participate in team meetings and work closely with other internal departments.
   
  

Your Profile
 

• 
  
• A genuine passion for marketing and eagerness to learn.
  
• Strong interest in communication with healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills with an analytical mindset and interest in diverse marketing techniques.
  
• Active university student, ideally in the 4th year of study.
  
• Native Romanian speaker, with advanced English proficiency.
