We are looking for an experienced accounting and finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting, capable of overseeing the company's entire accounting function while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Record, review, and oversee all accounting transactions related to the company's operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory declarations in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and coordinate the annual inventory and asset verification process.
• Manage and maintain relationships with tax authorities and other relevant regulatory institutions.
• Monitor changes in financial and accounting legislation and implement the necessary measures to ensure compliance while improving and optimizing internal procedures.
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate collection and notification activities.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow.
• Prepare management reports on company profitability, cash flow, account balances, and other key financial indicators.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2 years in a similar role. Experience in the Real Estate industry is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial legislation.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, professionalism, and reliability.
