Leadership & Team Development

You will provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them grow and perform at their best. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to foster collaboration, address challenges constructively, and ensure effective teamwork across diverse, global environments.

Strategic Direction

You will align team objectives with broader organizational goals and contribute to the development and implementation of category strategies and sourcing initiatives.

Technical & Functional Expertise

You bring a solid understanding of relevant technical domains—such as IT infrastructure, software development, or sourcing processes—and can support the team in navigating complex issues and making informed decisions.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

You communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders. This includes presenting updates, managing escalations, and negotiating with partners or vendors.

Organization & Planning

You are skilled in project management, resource planning, and balancing workloads. Experience with KPI tracking and progress monitoring tools is beneficial.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving

You thrive in dynamic environments and remain solution-oriented when facing unexpected challenges. You proactively remove obstacles and ensure that the team has what it needs to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience (minimum 3–4 years) in procurement, ideally within the IT category
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are an advantage
• A positive, proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
• High reliability and commitment to delivering results
