Key Responsibilities
1. Group Financial Reporting
Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
Oversee multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation
Ensure compliance with IFRS / local GAAP
Maintain group accounting policies
Deliver high-quality board reporting packs
Manage year-end statutory reporting process
Deliver high-quality board reporting packs with insightful commentary
2. Management & Performance Reporting
Deliver executive dashboards covering:
Net Fee Income (NFI)Gross margin
Consultant productivity
Client reporting
Headcount metrics
EBITDA performance
3. Revenue & Margin Governance
Ensure robust revenue recognition controls
Monitor revenue cut-off accuracy
4. Forecasting & Planning Support
Support reporting elements of budgeting and reforecast cycles
5. Systems & Data Governance
Ensure reporting integrity across ERP and consolidation systems
Improve automation and reduce manual intervention
Support finance transformation initiatives
6. Team Leadership
Lead and develop the group reporting function
Maintain clear reporting timelines and accountability
Develop technical accounting expertise within team
Promote continuous improvement culture
Key Industry-Specific Focus Areas
The Head of Reporting would preferably have experience in:
Multi-entity consolidation
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accurate month-end close within agreed timeframe
Clean external audit results
Accurate revenue recognition and margin reporting

Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certification
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience
3+ years in accounting or audit of international company’s experience
Group reporting experience
Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environment
Experience in service sector preferred
Strong IFRS technical expertise
Experience leading finance teams in businesses >€100m turnover
Strong hands-on SAP Business One experience
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (planning & consolidation)

The Head of Reporting is responsible for leading all financial and performance reporting across a multi-entity group.
This role ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to the Board, and Executive Leadership Team.
The role will need to ensure good service delivery in a multi-entity and multi-currency group and will require knowledge of IFRS and SAP Business One, SAP Analytics Cloud (Financial Consolidation & Reporting).
Fluent level of English will be required as a certain level of executive-level communication is needed.
