📍 Location: Arad – Grăniceri, Romania

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join a major construction project in Arad – Grăniceri. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, project requirements, and applicable regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE standards, project requirements, and applicable legislation;

✅ Conduct daily site inspections and oversee ongoing construction activities;

✅ Prepare HSE reports related to incidents, non-conformities, observations, and corrective actions;

✅ Work closely with site teams to identify risks and implement preventive measures;

✅ Verify that all activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, safety standards, and project specifications;

✅ Coordinate with the Site Manager on all HSE-related matters;

✅ Supervise and manage HSE activities within the assigned construction area.

Requirements:

✔️ Relevant educational background;

✔️ Experience in industrial, energy, or construction projects is preferred;

✔️ Good knowledge of HSE regulations and safety procedures in construction environments;

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

✔️ Strong communication and reporting skills;

✔️ Advanced English (written and spoken);

✔️ Spanish language skills will be considered an advantage.
