Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator (f/m/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As HSE Coordinator (f/m/d) you ensure safe and compliant operations on site and drive a proactive safety culture in close collaboration with the Regional HSE Manager and the local leadership team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate HSE standards (Life Critical Rules)
• Conduct JSAs and risk assessments, define and implement controls for high risk activities
• Deliver HSE trainings and inductions for employees and contractors
• Lead incident and near miss investigations (incl. pSIF), define corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs, perform regular inspections and audits
• Maintain and test emergency response plans, organize drills
• Oversee waste management, emissions control and environmental compliance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• 3–5 years’ HSE experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment, ideally in an international context
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong skills in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, incident investigation and training
• Proactive, hands‑on and detail‑oriented, with the ability to influence and foster a strong safety culture
