The Healthcare Talent Consultant will be responsible for identifying, attracting and supporting healthcare professionals interested in career opportunities in Belgium and France.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals.
Establish and maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assess candidates' profiles and eligibility for international opportunities.
Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
Collaborate closely with the international recruitment team to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
Contribute to the achievement of recruitment objectives and business growth.

Describe the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organised and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Native fluency in Romanian and a good command of English are essential.
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, client management or the healthcare sector is highly valued. Strong organisational skills, autonomy, attention to detail and the ability to build long-term relationships are key to success in this role.
Experience in international recruitment, relocation processes or an established network within the healthcare sector will be considered an advantage.
