Hebrews-speaking Global Hospitality Guest Experience Agent (Part-Time, Remote)

HOLT is hiring a Hebrew-speaking Guest Experience Agent to support guests visiting our 70+ properties in Bucharest.

This is a part-time, remote role aligned with European daytime hours, including weekends. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, thinks operationally, and stays composed when conversations are direct or high-pressure.

About the Role

You’ll be the primary point of contact for Hebrew-speaking guests before arrival, during their stay, and through checkout. Most of our guests are visiting Romania for the first time and expect fast, confident answers and practical solutions.

This role requires comfort making decisions, setting boundaries when needed, and communicating calmly and professionally—even when guests are demanding or blunt. You’ll coordinate closely with on-the-ground teams in Bucharest and manage multiple guest conversations at once.

This is not a script-driven support role. Judgment, clarity, and follow-through matter.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with guests across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia/Vrbo, email, WhatsApp/SMS, and occasional phone calls
• Support reservations from inquiry through checkout
• Resolve in-stay issues and coordinate with local teams in Romania
• Keep clean documentation and high-signal handovers in ClickUp
• Identify potential review risks early and escalate appropriately
• Contribute to improving saved replies, SOPs, and communication standards

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Hebrew (written and spoken) – required
• Strong professional English (this is a writing-heavy role)
• Familiarity with Romania and Bucharest (local context, guest expectations, logistics)
• 2+ years of guest support experience in hospitality or short-term rentals
• Comfortable communicating with direct, fast-paced, highly engaged guests while maintaining emotional control
• Strong judgment under pressure and excellent tone discipline
• Comfortable working weekends
• Tech-savvy (ClickUp required; Guesty is a plus)
• Reliable internet, computer, and modern smartphone

• Guesty experience
• Experience supporting Israeli or Hebrew-speaking guests
• Remote coordination with maintenance or local teams
• Strong personal travel background and instinct for good hospitality
