Key Responsibilities

1. Uninstall sales area IT devices, MPOs tills with peripherals.

2. Make device list of devices uninstalled.

3. Share pictures to TCS Retail Team on Whats-app. Share Back-office and rack cabinet pictures as well.

4. take sign-off in the checklist.

1. Install the Cisco Meraki Router, Switch and Access Point in the rack cabinet. Check with electrician to install the Access Point on the store ceiling. Connect to ISP router and get all 3 Meraki devices online.

2. Install the Tills with their peripheral devices in the sales desk.

3. Install the Tills, Payment terminals and Fiscal Printers to network as guided by retail remote team.

4. Assist Retail remote team in testing the tills.

5. Configure the surface laptop with store email id.

6. Connect the A4 printer to network, install it to both tills and surface laptop. take test prints.

7. Connect the iPads and Click & Collect receipt printer to network. Configure and test Click & Collect receipt printer in both iPads.

8. Connect both Music and Video MIB to network as guided by retail remote team. Make sure TV and Music are working in store.

9. Connect the People Counter and CCTV to network.

10. Tidy up the rack cabinet and cables. Attach the network blueprint document to Rack door.

11. Tidy up the sales desk and cables.

12. Share requested pictures with retail remote team.

13. Fill up the onsite checklist and get sign off from the store manager. Share the signed copy with retail team before leaving the store.
