What Can You Expect to Be Doing as a Helpdesk Agent with English/ English & Spanish, Engleza, Spaniola:
Call customers to support them in registering their accounts on online platforms and using certain devices;
Maintain contact with customers during the market research studies in which they participate;
Use a concise and polite way of addressing, respecting the point of view of each interlocutor;
Introduce, validate, and process data in accordance with the established norms;
Perform data control in order to identify and correct errors.
