We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HoReCa Sales Developer to join our sales team. As a HoReCa Sales Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry, helping them to adopt one of the most transforming digital solutions for HoReCa industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the HoReCa sector through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams(support, software, product, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience HoReCa industry and sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient understanding of business processes in hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
