In this role you will provide hands-on day-to-day technical support for Windows, Linux systems and the infrastructure that hosts them (Storage, Backup and Virtualization) and develop IT systems in interdisciplinary projects to guarantee high-quality services. The scope of this position includes support at the enterprise level for Windows and Linux servers, located in global, regional datacentres and cloud.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and/or Linux systems On-Premises and on cloud environments (Oracle /Azure).

• Monitor system performance, resource usage, and basic health checks.
• Participate in supporting the infrastructure (physical servers, storage arrays, backup solutions)
• Update IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset inventory.
• Contribute to IT improvement projects and automation

For This Role, You Will Need:

• English written and verbal communication skills.
• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Familiarity with Linux/Windows OS and virtualization tools is a plus.
