Requirements
We are looking for open-minded, energetic, and proactive young individuals who are passionate about working with people and creating memorable experiences. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with an outgoing personality and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
A good level of English is required, while knowledge of additional languages such as German, French, or Polish is considered a strong advantage. Previous experience in entertainment, sports, animation, public relations, or guest interaction is a plus but not mandatory.
Applicants should demonstrate adaptability, creativity, and enthusiasm for working in hospitality and international settings. Flexibility is essential, as working hours and specific tasks may vary depending on hotel needs.
Responsibilities
As a Guest Relations / Hotel Entertainer Intern, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing entertainment activities tailored to hotel guests. This includes participating in daily and evening entertainment programs, supporting guest interaction, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable guest experience.
Depending on the hotelaEUR(TM)s needs, you may work in different areas such as kidsaEUR(TM) activities, sports, fitness, or as an all-around entertainer. Your role will focus on creating engaging experiences that contribute to guest satisfaction, which will be evaluated through hotel reviews, guest scores, and feedback from team leaders and colleagues.
Before the internship begins, participants are encouraged to prepare by reviewing provided materials, attending workshops or online training sessions if available, and actively seeking clarification to ensure readiness for the role.
