Tasks

• You will support all HR administrative and organizational activities in daily business.
• You will be entering and maintaining HR master data and personnel file maintenance.
• You will be the contact person for MHP Germany employees on the following topics: data entry new employees, vacation, offboarding, student topics, name changes request, sick leave, office change request, etc.
• You are responsible for various HR reports (SAP HCM and SuccesFactors).
• Your various tasks will be enriched due the preparation of payroll (entry of payroll-relevant data).
  

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics, social sciences, or comparable professional training with a focus on human resources
• Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in operational human resources.
• We are happy to rely on your expertise in working with SAP and Succesfactors.
• You are a communicative, open and flexible personality and appreciate working independently in a team.
• We would be pleased if you are confident with MS-Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
