This role supports HR operations and administrative activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and effective coordination across teams.
You will act as a support function for HR and office management, contributing to:
- Reliability of employee data
- Efficiency of HR processes and documentation
- Smooth coordination between HR, management, and employees
- Effective handling of administrative and organizational tasks
Key Responsibilities
🔹 HR Administration & Support
- Support basic HR activities such as updating employee records and preparing HR documents;
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Maintain and update internal HR databases to ensure data accuracy.
🔹 Recruitment Support
- Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates;
- Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process.
🔹 Administrative & Office Coordination
- Prepare and manage basic documents and activity reports;
- Organize meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel when required;
- Provide support for daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations;
- Act as a point of contact for internal requests and basic external communication
🔹 Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for internal requests;
- Handle basic external communication when needed;
- Ensure effective coordination between departments and stakeholders.
Profile & Skills
🔹 Technical Skills
- Basic HR knowledge (considered an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic administrative and reporting skills
🔹 Soft Skills
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Proactive and supportive attitude;
- Ability to meet deadlines.
🔹 Education & Experience
- Student or graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus.
🔹 Languages
- English required
- Romanian required
- French is a strong plus
