This role supports HR operations and administrative activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and effective coordination across teams.


You will act as a support function for HR and office management, contributing to:

  • Reliability of employee data
  • Efficiency of HR processes and documentation
  • Smooth coordination between HR, management, and employees
  • Effective handling of administrative and organizational tasks


Key Responsibilities

🔹 HR Administration & Support

  • Support basic HR activities such as updating employee records and preparing HR documents;
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Maintain and update internal HR databases to ensure data accuracy.


🔹 Recruitment Support

  • Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates;
  • Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process.


🔹 Administrative & Office Coordination

  • Prepare and manage basic documents and activity reports;
  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel when required;
  • Provide support for daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations;
  • Act as a point of contact for internal requests and basic external communication


🔹 Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for internal requests;
  • Handle basic external communication when needed;
  • Ensure effective coordination between departments and stakeholders.


Profile & Skills

🔹 Technical Skills

  • Basic HR knowledge (considered an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic administrative and reporting skills


🔹 Soft Skills

  • Good organizational and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Proactive and supportive attitude;
  • Ability to meet deadlines.


🔹 Education & Experience

  • Student or graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus.


🔹 Languages

  • English required
  • Romanian required
  • French is a strong plus
