What You’ll Do

• Administer global HR processes for the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding, reporting, contracts and more
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and data protection standards
• Be the first point of contact for HR processes and HR-related questions from HR colleagues, employees, managers, and leaders
• Support and advise on HR policies consistently
• Drive process improvements and enhance employee experience
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update our HR knowledge base
• Work with leading HR technologies including SAP SuccessFactors to deliver efficient, data-driven HR services
