Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR Advisor – Italian & English Speaker located in Flex Timisoara.

Reporting to the HRBP Support Team Leader, the HR Advisor – Italian & English Speaker’s role involves data processing, data verification and support for the colleagues in Flex. In this role you will collaborate with both colleagues and third parties, and perform your work in a dynamic people oriented team.

What a typical day looks like:

• You will process the assigned tasks, related to HR processes, adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, meeting the Service Level Agreement;
• You will perform actions in HR systems (Data entry);
• You will provide help-desk support and counseling for all employees, and work closely with the managerial team;
• You will perform reporting activities, as well as HR general support;
• You will provide quality and timely delivery of process outputs and aim to achieve internal customer satisfaction; improve the performance benchmarks and work towards process improvements.
