What we’re looking for

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to support and enhance the use of our HR web applications. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and functional guidance to end users, HR teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring efficient and seamless system usage.

You will act as a key point of contact for application-related inquiries, managing support requests via ticketing systems and email, and contributing to the continuous improvement of user experience and system performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong troubleshooting skills with a user-centric mindset and is comfortable working in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Requirements:

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide L2 technical support and troubleshooting for HR web applications, ensuring timely resolution aligned with defined SLAs.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve incidents before user impact.
  • Manage and prioritize incidents based on severity, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution lifecycle.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Configure and maintain application settings (e.g., user roles, workflows, permissions, system parameters).
  • Collaborate with development teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain and continuously improve knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users, HR teams, and business stakeholders on system usage and best practices.
  • Track, document, and report all incidents, service requests, and solutions in the ticketing system.


What you need to know/have

  • Fluency in French (at least B2) and English.
  • Proven experience in technical support, HR applications support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile application functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with support tools.
  • Familiarity with the Camunda platform is a plus.
