Cerinte


- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English and Slovak/Czech languages at B2–C1 level.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. 
- Practical experience with ServiceNow and Workday - Exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday is desirable, though not required
- Great listening and communication skills. 
- The ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively. 
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration. 
- Previous HR, customer service or administrative experience in an SSC/BPO setup is a plus.


Responsabilitati


- Act as the primary point of contact for general and specialized HR inquiries, delivering clear and accurate solutions.
- Provide general information to target audience on policies and procedures, and answer questions based on FAQs; ensure all requests are fully understood by answering to HR Cases/emails/chat
- Perform data updates and system transactions when self‑service is unavailable, ensuring full SOP compliance.
- Work within the SLA and keep the customer informed of expected completion date, including when the item is escalated for action.
- Manage personal data in line with GDPR and internal audit requirements
- Liaise with other support teams to solve more complex queries or work on requests - HR Managers, HR leads, Talent Acquisition, HR Admin, My Pay, My Rewards, HRIS etc
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Payroll and HR processes and regulations.
- Responsible for executing employee data changes or system transactions where self-service isn't viable
- Record and track cases in the case management system, assign severity and follow through to ensure each case is resolved and SLAs can be measured and improved.
- Support continuous improvement activities to optimize how internal customers can experience the smoothest process.
- Collaborate flexibly across Shared Services Center teams to address volume fluctuations, case complexity and time‑zone differences.
