- Co-create and drive the Skillab culture together with the CEO and leadership team.
- Build programs that strengthen values, collaboration, and high performance.
- Lead change management initiatives during periods of growth or transformation.
People Operations
- Design and implement People Ops processes end-to-end (onboarding, performance, feedback cycles, career paths, L&D) with zero bureaucracy.
- Ensure a seamless employee experience from entry to exit.
- Maintain compliance with labour legislation while keeping processes lean and simple.
Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, challenging and influencing decisions when needed.
- Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, capability building, and leadership development.
- Support managers in managing their teams effectively and consistently.
Employee Engagement
- Build meaningful, measurable engagement initiatives—not HR tick-box activities.
- Analyse engagement feedback and convert data into concrete actions.
- Drive retention through wellbeing, recognition, and development programs.
