At Pepco, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner – Team Leader to lead our local HR Business Partners team and act as a key people partner for our leaders and colleagues across the organization.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, with a strong focus on leadership, people development, and delivering impactful HR solutions aligned with business needs.

As HR Business Partner – Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and develop the local HR BP team.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business leaders on all people-related topics.
• Drive the implementation of local and global HR initiatives.
• Shape and continuously improve the employee lifecycle within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of HR professionals, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Partner closely with business leaders to support organizational development and leadership capability.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret people data to define HR priorities and support decision-making.
• Develop and improve HR processes, tools, and solutions in line with company strategy.
• Coordinate and deliver induction and development training programs.
• Implement and adapt global talent and employer branding initiatives locally.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance in cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Manage disciplinary cases and other complex employee relations topics.
• Implement and manage the performance management process at country level.
• Adapt and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Support the Remuneration Committee with relevant HR data and insights.
• Represent the company in front of local authorities and during inspections (with approval).
• Act as a role model by demonstrating Pepco values in daily work.

What we are looking for

• Higher education, preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong understanding of business drivers and how people contribute to results.
• Solid knowledge of labour law.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trust-based and influential relationships.
• Awareness of current HR trends and best practices.
• Advanced English skills.
• Willingness to travel to stores and training locations.
