How you'll make an impact:


Employee Focus Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted single point of contact for employees;
  • Provide employee guidance as part of employees’ career experience to foster appropriate expectations and help bridge cultural gaps;
  • Provide employee support throughout the process of connecting people to projects, helping them identify the best internal roles based on their interests and aspirations;
  • Initiate and drive one-on-one career discussions with employees;
  • Provide a highly inclusive, truly human career experience;
  • Be accountable for addressing issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement, and performance counselling;
  • Help employees navigate the organization and provide advice on broader performance and career goals;
  • Assist the HRP Lead and business on specific reports and special projects, locally or globally driven.


Process and Business Support Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR coaches during the performance cycle, following the global process;
  • Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices;
  • Work with business leaders to identify and propose the right talent for development programs;
  • Identify business needs for special projects driven by the group’s particularities and needs (engagement, attrition, change management, etc.).


Skills that make your work successful:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR (HR Partner/Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Specialist, HR Operations Manager/Lead, HR Coordinator);
  • Advanced level of Italian (B2-C1) and intermediate level of English (B2);
  • Bachelor's degree is required;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end talent management processes.​
