We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our factory leadership team in Suceava. This is a 2 year fixed-term contract. This role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on operational support, playing a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and people transformation initiatives.
In addition to supporting the factory organization, this position will contribute to Talent Management and Leadership Development programs across the Manufacturing Cluster, helping shape the next generation of leaders within the business.
What You Will Do
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to the Factory Manager and leadership team on all people-related topics.
Provide expert guidance on labor legislation, employee relations, company policies, and HR procedures.
Support managers in performance management, employee relations cases, disciplinary matters, and organizational changes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.Organization & Workforce Planning
Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
Lead job mapping and role evaluation activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the factory People Masterplan.
Facilitate organizational restructuring and capability-building projects.Compensation & HR Budget Management
Coordinate salary review processes and compensation recommendations.
Support labor budget planning and workforce cost forecasting.
Monitor labor cost evolution and provide insights to factory leadership.
Manage and oversee the local HR budget.Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment for operational and critical factory positions.
Partner with managers to identify workforce needs and improve talent pipelines.
Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees.Learning, Talent & Leadership Development
Organize and facilitate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to build organizational capabilities.
Coordinate leadership development, succession planning, and talent review processes.
Support the identification and development of high-potential employees.Change Management & Continuous Improvement
Support business transformation and organizational change initiatives.
Drive people-related aspects of continuous improvement programs.
Lead the People Development Pillar within the factory's continuous improvement framework.HR Reporting & Governance
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analyses.
Monitor key HR metrics and trends.
Support audits and ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
Manage HR transactions and employee lifecycle processes through Workday.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in employee relations and business partnering.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR processes.
Experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems (Workday experience is an advantage).
Fluent English.
