We are looking for our client for an HR Data Analyst & Systems Specialist . This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in HR analytics, system administration, or data-driven HR operations. The position focuses on process mapping, HR systems, documentation, data workflows, and automation.
Location: Constanța (hybrid), or Bucharest (remote with periodic travel)
Contract: Emplyment contract, 6-month fixed-term, with extension
Start date: ASAP
Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel required
Key Responsibilities
Process & Data Analytics
- Map, analyze, and improve HR business processes.
- Build and maintain analytical dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, workforce metrics).
- Develop automated reports to reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy.
- Translate operational data into actionable insights to support process optimization.
- Evaluate system performance and propose improvements.
HR Systems & Tools
- Administer and further develop HR systems and digital tools.
- Maintain documentation related to data flows, processes, and system usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations, data pipelines, and automations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI or similar).
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Power Automate, Miro, Visio).
- Understanding of system data structures and workflow automation concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and HR analytics.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR systems, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and process documentation.
- Willing to travel occasionally (including abroad).
Work Arrangement
- Constanța: office presence + 2–3 days/week remote.
- Bucharest: fully remote, with presence in Constanța every 3–4 months (travel fully covered).
