Siemens Energy is establishing a central HR Analytics and Reporting Tool to serve as the core reporting solution across the HR environment. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing the HR Analytics and Reporting landscape by leveraging AWS and Snowflake technologies. The position ensures seamless end-to-end data management for recurring HR reporting processes while safeguarding the confidentiality of employee data in full alignment with IT Security and Compliance standards.

You will act as a key partner to Product Owners and Service Owners, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and delivering high-quality outcomes that support informed decision-making across the organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Deliver advanced AWS data processing capabilities, including data collection, storage, transformation, and large-scale analysis.
• Apply Snowflake expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and engineering to optimize HR reporting.

• Leverage Python for building automated pipelines, workflows, and integration solutions.

• Contribute to end-to-end integration efforts, enabling seamless data flows across HR and HR IT Systems.
• Handling ServiceNow Tickets, handling/ fixing vulnerabilities, performing day-to-day tasks.
• Provide progress reporting on current integrations, monitoring ongoing integration processes.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of AWS services and tools, including Step Functions, Lambda, EventBridge, CloudWatch, S3, and AWS Develop Tools (CodeCommit, CodeBuild

  and Code pipelines). Proficiency with DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, AWS WAF and Cloud Front to design and operate scalable, secure solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL Queries, with the ability to translate business requirements into optimized queries, tables, views, and permissions for effective data management.
• Advanced programming skills to develop custom integration code, manage data transformation functions, and perform debugging to ensure high-quality, automated data workflows.
• Communication with Stakeholders: Provide status updates on existing integrations monitoring and ongoing integrations.
