Descriere:

Responsibilities:
Contributing to broader HR initiatives, including on-boarding, talent development and employee engagement;
Supporting the overall human resources strategy with a focus on staff retention, engagement, productivity and employee satisfaction;
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws in all recruitment and HR practices;
Supervision of the recruitment process for assigned positions;
Consulting and supporting managers throughout the entire recruitment cycle;
Improve and enforce policies related to all aspects of personnel activities;
Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards;
Implement HR policies and to ensure that all decisions are fair and objective;
Contribute to the annual budget process covering all HR items (compensation and benefits, training, recruitment).
Requirements:
University degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or a related field;
Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR professional, preferably in a multinational company;
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, enabling fast adaptation and operational effectiveness;
Great experience in recruitment processes and sourcing strategies;
MS Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Excellent written and spoken English (B2);
Quickly integrate into the role and ensure effective contribution to HR activities across Romania and Ukraine;
Ability to positively challenge and influence managers within the business and partner them in delivering business results;
Strong organizational and planning skills; able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Excellent relationship building and communication skills with employees of all levels;
Willingness to work in a highly dynamic and challenging environment;
Ability to build strong relationships with management team and employees;
Professional and engaging manner. Empathy yet resilience under assertive challenge;
Proven ability to drive things through completion, be proactive and innovative.
