This role is ideal for junior candidates or recent graduates who are eager to start their career in HR, learn in a supportive environment and grow within a global team. By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a hybrid setup for our office in Bucharest / Brasov.
Skills that make your work successful:
• Good knowledge of German and English, B2 level;
• Nice to have previous experience in HR/Payroll/Administration;
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., HR systems, ticketing tools, internal portals);
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude;
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support employees, clients and external partners by responding to HR-related queries using clear procedures and guidelines;
• Ensure documents and data are processed accurately and in line with internal standards;
• Keep HR processes and documentation up to date with any changes;
• Build strong relationships with clients and flag any risks or issues that may affect satisfaction;
• Work under regular guidance and coaching to track your progress and performance;
• Perform basic quality checks and help improve processes when needed.
You’ll interact or provide support in key HR areas such as:
• Compensation & Payroll;
• Time & Attendance tracking;
• Benefits and Health & Pension Provider Management;
• Workforce & Employee Data Administration;
• Onboarding, Exit Management, and Job Data Changes;
• Contact Center Support, HR Portal, and Case Management;
• Reporting, Document Handling, and Internal Communications.
