As a member of the Management Committee, you will influence business decisions, drive organizational transformation and contribute to people development across both industrial and digital environments.Your roleReporting hierarchically to the Plant Director and functionally to the Group HR Director, you will:✅Support business performance and operational objectives through effective people management.✅Advise managers on organizational, leadership and people-related matters.✅Experience managing social dialogue and building trusted relationships with employee representatives & trade unions.✅ Lead workforce planning, organizational development and change management initiatives✅ Drive talent acquisition, development and succession planning✅Manage employee relations and ensuring compliance with Romanian labour legislation.✅Contribute to employee engagement, learning and performance management initiatives✅ Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team 4 direct reports (Payroll, Communication, Training, Health, Safety & Environment)✅ Ensure implementation of Group HR policies and standards✔ What You BringDegree in HR, Business Administration or related field5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of labour law and employee relationsProven experience supporting organizational change and transformationLeadership, pragmatism and strong communication skillsProfessional fluency in English is mandatoryFrench is a strong advantageIf you're looking for a role where you can shape the business, develop people and be part of an international HR community, we'd love to hear from you.Join Haulotte Romania and help shape the future of our people and our business.Let's dare together.
