What You'll Be Doing
1. Romania (Primary focus)

• Lead HR operations end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, L&D etc.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with company objectives
• Manage employee relations, labor law compliance and internal policies
• Drive engagement, retention and employer branding initiatives
• Oversee payroll coordination

2. Hungary (Support Role)

• Provide HR guidance and process support for the Hungarian team
• Ensure group HR practices are locally compliant and consistently applied
• Act as a reliable point of contact for escalations and special projects

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and coordinate the full spectrum of HR activities across Romania and to provide support for our Hungarian operations.
This is a senior role with a clear path to grow alongside the business. You'll be the go-to HR partner for managers and employees across two countries, owning processes, driving people’s initiatives and ensuring compliance in both markets.
What We're Looking For?

• 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-country or international environment
• Solid knowledge of Romanian labor law; familiarity with Hungarian HR practices is a plus
• Strong generalist profile: you're comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian; Hungarian is an advantage
• Hands-on, autonomous and solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience with HRIS/ERP tool — e.g. SAP, Success Factor etc.
