To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a highly organized HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team.


Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bucharest, Romania. The HR Operations Specialist will handle day-to-day HR functions, including overseeing HR policies, employee relations, and administrative & payroll HR tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Payroll & Personnel Administration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our external HR & Payroll vendor, ensuring all employee data is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Collect and validate monthly payroll input (bonuses, medical leaves, overtime).
  • Manage the end-to-end personnel administration process (contracts, addendums, terminations).


2. Workforce & Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with staffing partners: monitor attendance, validate timesheets, and ensure seamless communication for our warehouse and retail workforce.
  • Maintain the internal attendance system for administrative and operational staff.


3. Recruitment Support

  • Fuel our growth by supporting the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Conduct sourcing for niche and high-volume roles (Sales, Logistics, Retail).
  • Manage interview scheduling and provide a great candidate experience.


4. Employee Relations

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws across all our locations (Office, Warehouse, Stores).


What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in an HR role (Generalist, Admin, or Operations), ideally within Distribution, Retail, or FMCG.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Romanian Labor Law and payroll processes.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills—you’ll be juggling schedules for different types of workers.
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Excel (vLookup and Pivot Tables are your friends).
  • Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with diverse teams (from warehouse staff to management).
