How you’ll make an impact:
HR Admin
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new ︁︀ ︂︃︃ ︁︂︇ ︁︂︈hires, terminations, personal and job data changes, or leave of absence;
Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;
Act as the first point of contact for the employees HR related requests via chat, e-mail, or phone and manage them in the ticketing system;
Collect, verify, organize, compile, or update electronically company personnel records and documentation;
Manage employee benefits enrollment;
Provide input for payroll;
Create HR documents such as reference letters;
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities;
Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;
Conduct data validation or execute controls and address findings;
Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.
HR Onboarding
Develop and drive uptake of leading recruitment practices, innovative sourcing and channel management activities, targeted selection approaches, as well as effective hiring and onboarding techniques;
Enable the recruitment process and ensure the lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner at all times while optimizing the time to hire and cost;
Work with the Resource Leads to understand short and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts;
Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies;
Act as the expert for hiring and partner with local recruitment teams to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solutions;
Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives;
Work with the Marketing and Communications team on external branding.
HR Associate
Solving situations related to policies and third-party providers or client queries with the help of specific HR procedures;
Offering information related to compensation, benefits, days off, and other HR-related matters;
Ensuring the accuracy of the documents processed according to the objectives set by the direct manager;
Processing transactions for different clients and business processes in various systems;
Developing good client relationships and raising in time the risks related to client management/satisfaction.
The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.
Skills that make your work successful:
Good knowledge of Greek and English, B2 level;
Previous experience in HR, Payroll, or Administration is nice to have. Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience may be required for some roles;
Negotiation skills;
Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement;
Good communication skills, oriented and analytical skills;
Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn.
