Responsibilities:

• Your leadership is essential for ensuring efficient human resources management and strict legal compliance across the plant. You will be responsible for the following core areas:
• Oversee and coordinate all daily HR Department operations, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, employee relations, career administration, and personnel cost control;
• Manage the full lifecycle of employee documentation, including drafting, renewing, and updating the Internal Regulations and individual employment contracts (CIM);
• Hold direct responsibility for the accurate Payroll process and support the precision of Timekeeping;
• Ensure and enforce strict adherence to all national and regional labor law and regulations governing employment relations;
• Manage, negotiate, and resolve conflicts, fostering positive and constructive interpersonal relations throughout the factory;
• Represent the company and maintain strong collaboration with public institutions (ITM, AJOFM, Health/Pension Houses, etc.);
• Implement and uphold all company procedures, ensuring full compliance with the BRC standard and internal protocols;
• Supervise and enforce adherence to rules regarding Health, Safety at Work (HSE/SSM), Fire Safety (PSI), and Environmental protection.
