By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid model from any Accenture office location (Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj, Timisoara, Iasi). For candidates based in other cities across the country, the role will be fully remote.
How you’ll make an impact:
Provide HR administrative support within the HR Business Partner area, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee-related changes and documentation.
Support HR BPs with reporting and data analysis using Excel, Power BI and other internal tools. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and insights that will help the HR BP team make informed decisions.
Handle employee inquiries and offer guidance based on internal HR policies and processes.
Maintain data accuracy in HR systems (Workday or similar) and ensure updates are reflected correctly.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support activities such as onboarding, exits, time & absence management, and pre-payroll checks.
Manage multiple HR processes independently and proactively, raising risks or issues in a timely manner.
Perform preventive quality checks and take corrective actions when needed, ensuring high data accuracy and process alignment.
Skills that make your work successful:
You have an advanced level of English, C1 in both speaking and writing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and employee services.
Experience (1–3 years) in HR Admin, Employee Services or HR BP support roles.
Confident working with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Workday (or similar HRIS systems).
High level of autonomy, proactivity and ability to handle situations with limited guidance.
Strong communication skills and ability to build internal relationships.
Good adaptability to dynamic team contexts.
Bachelor’s degree may be needed.
