An HR Services Administrator will Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. this role would include managing the recovery of sickness reimbursements from the government.
Tasked with verifying the amounts reimbursed by the government for medical leaves, ensuring they accurately match the amounts paid out by the company.
Responsible for tracking and reconciling any discrepancies, coordinating with government agencies, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations regarding medical leave reimbursements.
