Job Description
As an HR Services Specialist I here at Solstice, you will play a vital role in providing HR support and services to our employees and managers. You will be responsible for handling HR inquiries, processing HR transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your role will involve working closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services and support.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring efficient and effective HR operations, contributing to employee satisfaction, and supporting the overall HR strategy. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain compliance and improve HR processes, ultimately enhancing the employee experience.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee data and records in HR systems
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Provide support to HR team members on HR service delivery
• Assist in HR process improvement initiatives
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees
  

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in HR services or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
