We're looking for an HR Specialist with a focus on HR Administration to manage personnel administrative processes. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting employees and managers on employment-related matters.
Main responsibilities
Administer personnel files and ensure employee documentation is continuously updated.
Draft and manage individual employment contracts, addendums, and related decisions.
Register and report changes in Revisal, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
Collect, verify, and centralize data for payroll (holidays, timesheets, bonuses, deductions, etc.).
Monitor and track vacation days, sick leave, and other types of absences.
Prepare employment certificates and other documents requested by employees or institutions.
Create HR reports for internal use and for authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and company procedures.
Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on employment and labor relations issues.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of labor law and HR administrative procedures.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in using HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Romanian and English language skills are required.
