Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree/ freshly graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field
Advanced level of English
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable with working with data and structured problem-solving
Interest in HR transformation, HR technology, and organizational design
Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working

Responsibilities

Supporting HR transformation programs across 40 countries
Assisting in data-driven projects and analytics to inform decision-making
Supporting technology enhancement initiatives in collaboration with the HR Technology & Data Center of Excellence
Contributing to process improvement projects in partnership with the Talent & Performance and Total Rewards Centers of Excellence
Supporting organizational redesigns and HR Target Operating Model (TOM) improvements
Preparing presentations, analysis, and materials for senior stakeholders
Coordinating cross-functional and cross-country project activities
Hands-on experience in global HR transformation initiatives

About the Role
As an HR Transformation Intern, you will work directly with the Group HR Transformation Director and support high-impact initiatives across our global HR organization. Our Central HR team operates from three locations (Paris, Amsterdam and Paris) and partners closely with 40 country HR teams to drive scalable, data-informed transformation.
This is not a traditional HR internship — you will be involved in strategic programs that shape how HR operates at scale.
The duration of the internship is of 12 months, with the possibility of extending.
