We are seeking our new HR Workday Specialist to join the 74Software team!



The HR Workday Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate employee data management, high-quality service delivery, and smooth execution of HR processes. This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and local HR teams, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and system expertise across Workday, SAP HR, and integrated payroll systems

  • esWorkday & HR Systems Manageme
  • ntProcess end-to-end HR transactions in Workday, including hires, job changes, terminations, and other employee lifecycle activitie
  • s.Review, grant, and maintain Workday security roles for HR users across multiple countrie
  • s.Conduct testing for Workday modules prior to implementation and support configuration team
  • s.Troubleshoot Workday issues, including corrections, rescinds, and error resolutio
  • n.Resolve errors in integrated payroll systems to ensure accurate data flo
  • w.HR Operations & Service Delive
  • ryAct as main point of contact for employees and HR representatives, addressing HR querie
  • s.Ensure timely HR service request handling while meeting SLA
  • s.Review and process benefits, entitlements, and claim
  • s.Generate HR documents for hires, job changes, separations, and mor
  • e.Support background checks, onboarding activities, and payroll setu
  • p.Data Quality, Reporting & Complian
  • ceCompile and deliver HR and payroll report
  • s.Maintain accurate time and attendance data in SA
  • P.Process HR data in compliance with legal and internal requirement
  • s.Track and manage HR tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring proper documentatio
