WTS Energy is currently looking for an HSE Trainer & Culture Specialist to join an oil and gas project in the Black Sea with the following mission:

• Design, plan, and deliver HSE training using diverse methodologies and tools
• Evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
• Implement HSE initiatives and campaigns to maximize impact and awareness
• Support management in promoting the LiHS philosophy and personal and organizational responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver both knowledge and skills learning in a variety of sector relevant HSE subjects, utilizing multiple training strategies
• Ensures training is delivered in alignment with agreed training plans and learning outcomes Structure training to accurately reflect learners needs in a range of training environments
• Identify training needs and develop training materials to match a local context such as legislation, regulations, and project requirements
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and delivery methodologies, improving as required to ensure the planned learning outcomes are delivered
• Assess a trainee's knowledge and skills utilising a range of methodologies against agreed outcomes, providing objective and insightful feedback to enhance learning experiences
• Maintain sector competence in the subject areas of training which are personally required deliver, ensuring effective and up to date transfer of knowledge
• Interface and advise management levels to promote the effective implementation of LiHS cultural development tools and strategies, including the facilitation of interactive Management and Supervisor workshops where accredited
• Maintain a solid, long-term local focus, visibility and communication of LiHS, identifying opportunities to promote engagement and implementation of campaigns, contests, and initiatives Maintain required documentation and records to ensure accurate data collection
• Support the development of internal resources to effectively perform their professional role within the department

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• 5+ years of HSE experience in the oil & gas or energy industry
• Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs
• Experience working in both onshore and offshore environments
• BOSIET; NEBOSH
• Knowledge of HSE management systems
• Fluent English
