At MapsPeople, we are scaling our commercial efforts and transforming how we go to market. To support our growth, we are looking for a process-obsessed HubSpot Expert to own the health, data architecture, and efficiency of our CRM.
You will serve as the guardian of our prospect and customer data and the data architect behind our sales operations. You will go beyond database maintenance, building the automations, integrations, and reporting structures that allow our sales and customer success teams to move fast and close deals.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure our tech stack delivers actionable insights and a seamless user experience.
What you will do
System Architecture & Data Strategy:
- Data Hygiene Governance: Proactively monitor and clean database issues. Implement validation rules to ensure data entering the system is accurate and actionable.
- Integration Ownership: Act as the technical owner for the entire tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DreamData, Jira, Monday.com). You ensure these tools are fully integrated and deliver measurable ROI.
Process Automation & Efficiency:
- Workflow Engineering: Design complex workflows to automate manual tasks (e.g., lead routing, SLA alerts, renewal reminders). You replace all sorts of manual data entry with automation.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain Lead Scoring models to surface the hottest prospects for the sales team. You ensure no lead falls through the cracks between Marketing and Sales.
Sales Enablement & User Adoption:
- Internal Training & Onboarding: Drive HubSpot adoption by ensuring that cross-functional teams are trained and that technical updates are translated into actionable workflows that accelerate commercial velocity
- Documentation: Build and maintain a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) library to ensure the revenue engine runs consistently and reliably
Reporting & Revenue Intelligence:
- Full-Funnel Analytics: Partner with Marketing to track attribution (via DreamData) and partner with Sales to forecast revenue. You will build the dashboards the Executive Team uses to run the business, the calculations used by Finance to pay out commissions, and other HubSpot derived reporting as required
- Data Management and Alerts: Automate reporting, building triggers to alert the team before a contract expires, and other similar triggers, to help execution within the business
We imagine you come with
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on administration experience within HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs)
- HubSpot Certifications: You hold current certifications (Revenue Operations, Sales Hub Admin, or Marketing Hub Admin).
- Data Fluency: Strong understanding of database structure, data mapping, SQL, and API integrations.
- Data Warehousing: Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses for analytics, reporting, and data modeling.
- AI & Automation Mindset: Experience leveraging AI tools and advanced automation to optimize revenue workflows, improve lead scoring, automate reporting, and increase operational efficiency. Process Mindset: You can document a process clearly and have the backbone to enforce “System Governance” (knowing when to say no to a request that breaks the architecture).
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience integrating tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DreamData, or similar attribution platforms.
- Experience working and availability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
You should also have:
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, API usage, NoSQL databases, and Javascript.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation outside of the CRM.
- Ability to work with developers on custom API integrations and data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills—you enjoy figuring out why a workflow failed and fixing it permanently.
- Experience implementing automation frameworks, AI-assisted reporting, or predictive analytics within revenue operations environments.
