Position Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a multifaceted role within our organization, encompassing HR business partnering, recruitment, and personnel administration. This position will allow you to leverage your expertise in these areas to support the company's overall human resources strategy and contribute to a positive and efficient HR function. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, offering strategic guidance, facilitating recruitment efforts, and ensuring smooth payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Business Partnering (50%):

• Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing HR guidance and support on various people-related matters.

• Collaborate with management to identify talent gaps, succession planning, and workforce development opportunities.

• Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues.

2. Onboarding and Offboarding:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the organization.

• Facilitate the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Training and Development:

• Collaborate with business units’ stakeholders to identify training needs and support the implementation of relevant programs.

• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. HR Policy and Compliance:

• Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers.

• Ensure HR practices follow applicable employment laws and regulations.

5. HR Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate HR reports and analyze key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

• Use HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the organization.

6. Recruitment (50%):

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified applicants.

• Conduct interviews, coordinate assessment tests, and facilitate the candidate selection process.


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR business partnering and recruitment

• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR data analysis.

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
