As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting the organization across the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.
You will work closely with business leaders to understand their operational and people priorities and partner with our centralized HR functions in Recruitment & Retention, Training & Development, and HR Administration & Payroll to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Partner with managers and senior leaders on people, organization and workforce topics
Understand business priorities and translate them into practical people’s actions
Coach and advise managers on leadership, performance, employee relations and people decisions
Act as the HR point of contact for managers throughout the employee lifecycle
Coordinate with Recruitment & Retention on workforce needs, hiring priorities, onboarding, retention and employee experience
Partner with Training & Development on capability gaps, development priorities, talent and leadership development
Work closely with HR Administration & Payroll to ensure employee changes and HR processes are implemented accurately and on time
Support internal mobility, promotions, organizational changes, succession and employee exit
Minimum 7 years of broad HR experience, ideally including HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist responsibilities
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or similarly complex operational environment is strongly preferred
Solid understanding of the complete hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and employee relations
Proven experience working with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders
Ability to influence, coach and constructively challenge managers
Experience with performance management, talent, organizational change and workforce planning
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate HR data into business actions
Ability to collaborate effectively with specialized HR teams while maintaining an end-to-end view of the employee experience
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
Very good command of Romanian and English
