We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will actively contribute to recruitment, employee retention, and the administration of employee support services.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes according to company needs and the approved recruitment plan;
• Collaborate with department managers to define candidate profiles and update job descriptions;
• Publish job advertisements and coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and collaboration with external providers;
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and temporary staffing providers;
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations, and prepare hiring proposals;
• Ensure effective communication with candidates and compliance with labor legislation;
• Coordinate internship programs and partnerships with educational institutions;
• Monitor employee support services (transportation, cleaning, equipment, office supplies, company cars, etc.) and ensure their efficiency;
• Propose and implement employee retention programs and initiatives to improve employee experience;
• Organize exit interviews and contribute to improvement action plans;
• Monitor headcount, recruitment budgets, and HR KPIs;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, EHS requirements, code of conduct, and confidentiality policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields;
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or Recruitment role;
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration processes;
• Intermediate English level or above;
• Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms;
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
